Dustin began his real estate career in 2005. Since then, he's helped hundreds of clients achieve their real estate goals. He brings a tremendous wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to the table. He's also built a national software company, where his focus was on online marketing and business development. This experience has provided him with a rare ability to leverage technology on a world class level for his clients best interest. He's a true visionary, known for constantly going the extra mile and for thinking outside the box. Dustin lives just north of Palmer with his wife Jacquie and six wonderful children; Elizabeth, Ethan, Liberty, Molly, Patience and Valor. |

| Steve Renner has been a member of the Real Estate Community for 6 years now, crossing over from 30+ years in the construction industry, of which the last years were in residential construction as a independent single family home builder. Moving to Alaska in 1975, he has seen South Central Alaska grow from a small metropolis of “pioneers”, where Anchorage was a stretch at 75,000, to a metropolitan area pushing 300,000 today! Having raised a family of four ambitious sons, Steve has watched the neighborhoods grow, and has himself taken on the “pioneer” status, having spent 40+ years up here along with his wife, Debra. |

| Jacquie is a marketing and social media guru, plugged deep into the constantly changing world of social media. Before taking on her role with The Renner Team, Jacquie built a successful mom blog. She's ran social media and marketing campaigns for some of the nation's largest companies. She serves as Dustin's assistant and also handles most of The Renner Team's marketing and social media programs. She also wears the hat of office manager, ensuring The Renner Team's day to day operations run smooth and as stress-free for their clients as humanly possible! |

| Debra Renner, besides being a mother of four and a grandmother of twelve, has always been there to support her husband Steve, in whatever endeavor or adventure he was involved in. Today, she manages the calendar and scheduling, data input, and The Renner Team's "high touch" campaigns, which is largely responsible for a very large portion of the team's business being from referral and repeat customers. Besides being a solid part of The Renner Team, Debra has a personality that displays her loving character from the very moment you first meet her. |

| Laney runs an incredible transaction coordination system and has a lifetime of experience in managing transactions. Laney's role begins once a purchase agreement has been signed. She focuses on helping all of the parties involved in the transaction come to a successful closing. |
